We are sorry to hear about this, but you can return a product you bought from Manilabeat.com within 14 days from the date you received the order.

The products must be on their labels, not used and must be in their original condition.

The way you need to follow for return processes:

At the end of the return request process, send the product to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the return code sent by the system. (Click here for branch information)

The products will be checked immediately after they reach us, and in case of a return approval, a refund will be made to your account within a maximum of 7 days, depending on the bank.

It is useful to know these:
We do not accept returns on masks and swimwear products due to hygiene reasons.
For all returns, unfortunately, we deduct the return shipping fee (20 TL) from the amount to be refunded. (Except for defective products)
Change is not done yet. The product must be returned and the desired product must be ordered again.
Returns of purchases made on our website are not made from our stores.
